1.How and where will I submit my photos, messages and other details?

Once you place your order, our team will reach out to you. Within 12–24 hours, you’ll receive a message via WhatsApp or email with:

• A link to a submission form, or

• Simple instructions to reply with your photos, messages, and any preferences

2.How many photos and messages will I need to submit?

Each Memory Book typically requires:

• Photos: 10–40 (based on the design & page count)

• Messages: 10–12 short messages, letter, etc

• Others: Names, special dates, songs, custom quotes, etc

The exact number will be mentioned on the product page and will also be informed to you by our team

3.What kind of photos or text do I need to provide? 

High-resolution, clear photos in JPEG or PNG format work best. For text, please double-check spelling and grammar before submitting during checkout or via email/WhatsApp.

To avoid any delays in production, we request you to share all necessary content within 24–48 hours.

For urgent orders, please send your materials immediately after checkout and notify our team on WhatsApp for priority processing.

4. What’s on the back side of the pages?

The back side (left side of the book) of each page usually includes:

• Cute puns or illustrations related to love, friendship, or the theme of the book

• Photos, creatively placed

You’ll get:

• 5-7 cute puns, curated to suit the vibe of the book

    • 5-7 Polaroid pictures pasted on the left side of the book

5. Can I choose my own puns or write custom ones?

Absolutely! You can choose your puns from the collection of puns we offer with an additional cost

• Mention them while submitting customization details, or

• Send them as a list on WhatsApp with the corresponding page numbers (if you have specific placements in mind)

No, we don’t have that option currently. We have a fixed set of puns we usually put for the respective theme of the books. They are as shown in the pictures on the product page

6. What will the front page of the memory book look like?

The front cover usually features:

• An MDF title (e.g., “Happy Birthday”, “I Love You”) pasted on the front page of the book 

Some designs may include mini polaroids or 3D embellishments — check the product photos for examples

7. How will the memory book be packed?

All books are securely and beautifully packed:

• Wrapped in brown paper, tied with jute rope and paper doily sealed with a QuinnsArte sticker

• Placed in a sturdy box with ribbon and shreds 

• Shipped in a tamper-proof outer pack with bubble wrap for safety

It’s gift-ready on arrival — no extra effort needed

8. What if I want to handwrite the messages myself?

If you prefer to write your own messages:

• Let us know while ordering

• We’ll leave message spaces blank

• You’ll receive the book completed with photos only, leaving areas for you to write by hand

9. What if I want to print and paste my own photos?

No problem! Just inform us while ordering. We’ll:

• Send the book with photo placeholders, marked for pasting

• Leave those areas blank so you can add photos yourself

10. What if my message is longer than the suggested word limit?

We set word limits to maintain visual balance and legibility, but we understand some feelings just need more space!

• If it’s slightly longer: we’ll adjust the layout to fit it in

• If much longer: we suggest splitting it across multiple pages or requesting additional pages

11. Can I add extra customizations?

Yes! Popular add-ons include:

Extra pages, message tags, extra letter sheet, etc

Just message us with your ideas, and we’ll share feasibility and cost before proceeding.

12. Can I request a theme or specific color palette?

Absolutely! Whether you want pastel or romantic pink, or bold & vibrant red— we can design your book to match the vibe. Just mention it while placing your order or during the customization phase and we’ll share feasibility and cost before proceeding.

13. Can you make the book in another language?

We usually create books in English.

But we can craft books in Hindi, Hinglish, French, or any other language — as long as you provide the message text. We won’t translate automatically to preserve accuracy. It will come with an additional cost so please message us on WhatsApp.

14. I have a special story idea. Can you create a custom concept?

We’d love to! We’ve created custom books like:

• “30 Days of Love”

15.Do you provide express shipping, priority order , or delivery by a specific date for the Memory Book?

Yes, we do!

• Express shipping is available at an additional charge.

• Urgent/priority orders can also be accepted with a small rush fee.

If you need the Memory Book by a specific date, please let us know before placing your order so we can confirm availability and make sure it reaches you on time.

Process time-
Given the customised and handmade nature of the products, kindly allow us 2-4 days of process time.
Shipping timelines-
1. Express shipping in metro and tier 1 cities: 2 - 4 working days after dispatch
2. Standard shipping PAN India: 4 - 9 working days after dispatch
3. International Shipping: 10-12 working days after dispatch
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there might be a delay of a few days in the shipment process. Kindly allow for additional transit days for the delivery of your order. If there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your order, please feel free to reach out to us via email or telephone.
Potential Delays for personalised orders:
During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, the production and shipment of personalised items may experience delays of 2 to 3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. Customers will be duly informed of any such delays.
Non-Refundable Logistics Delay:
Quinns Arte is not liable for delays in product delivery due to logistics issues, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen logistics circumstances. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.
